SUSSEX rail services are being affected tonight and into the morning due to engineering works.
Southern has announced that several train routes will be affected across the network tonight and into the morning due to the planned works.
Routes between London Victoria and Eastbourne, Hastings are among those on the list.
The Network Rail engineering work is taking place between Wivelsfield and Lewes, resulting in the closure of some lines.
Trains between London Victoria and Eastbourne / Hastings will be diverted to run via Brighton, not stopping at stations via Plumpton.
Rail replacement buses will run between Haywards Heath and Lewes, Eastbourne, Hastings.
The works will affect these services from 10:55pm from Monday to Thursday until 05:10am from Tuesday to Friday.
