A MAN must pay more than £100 for using a disabled parking badge illegally.
Barone Chagal has been ordered to pay a total of £142 by Brighton magistrates after he was caught falsely using a disabled blue badge in Lansdowne Place, Hove, on June 25 last year.
The 27-year-old pleaded guilty to using the disabled badge, issued by the London Borough of Southwark, with intent to deceive.
Chagal, of Hutchings Street, London, must pay £120 to the Crown Prosecution Service and £22 to fund victim services.
