A MAN has been fined and handed three points after he was caught speeding on a major road.
Andrew Watts, 30, was clocked over 30mph on the A259 at Hastings on April 17, 2021.
Watts, of Pashley Gardens, Hastings, pleaded guilty at Brighton Magistrates' Court on November 11, 2022.
He was given three points and fined £192. He must also pay £90 in costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
