A MAN has been fined for stealing a chainsaw and a leaf blower from a shed on the estate of a historic country house.
William Jones, who is currently in Rochester Prison in Kent, has been ordered to pay a total of £219 by Brighton magistrates after stealing from Glyndley Manor Estate in Pevensey on July 14, 2020.
The 27-year-old pleaded guilty to burglary.
Jones was fined £100 and ordered to pay £119 cost.
