A WARNING has been issued to motorists ahead of partial closure of the A27 this evening.
The A27 westbound carriageway will be closed from the Shoreham junction to Lancing tonight from 8pm to 6am tomorrow.
A signed diversion will be in place via the A259.
National Highways have urged drivers to allow extra time for their journeys.

A National Highways spokesman said: "The A27 westbound carriageway from the Shoreham jct to Lancing will be closed tonight (8pm-6am) for surface repairs.
"A signed diversion will be in place via the A259. Lane 2 of the A27 eastbound carriageway will also be closed. Allow extra time for your journey."
