A Brighton postcode has been named as one of the "coolest" to move to in 2022 in a list released by The Times.

BN1 is considered one of the 12 "hip new neighbourhoods to know" according to the news site.

The list also included locations in Somerset, Lancashire, Devon, Nottingham, Northumberland and more.

Here's what the postcode has to offer if you fancied making the move there.

The Times recognised that Brighton is hardly an "undiscovered" area but it has been "slightly off its game" for a few years now.

However, with the opening of a Soho House seafront club set to take place this year, with its unique selling point being an open-air plunge pool, there is a bit of character added to the area.

Additional features that The Times recommended include getting food at Due South or trying out cocktails at the Burnt Orange bar.

Plus, for those "in the know", another highlight is the art deco-inspired bar under the Rialto theatre, which can also be used as a wedding venue.
