A NEWLY launched wellness brand is offering bespoke remedy drops to support emotional wellbeing.
Mindful Remedies products, a Brighton based business, is designed help with issues such as anxiety, stress, low mood, confidence, sleep problems, and motivation.
Lucy Edwards began the company after she discovered Bach flower remedies when struggling with Long Covid and found they helped her recover from both debilitating fatigue and health anxieties since having the virus.
She says she was so amazed by the transformative effects of the remedies she decided to train to be a practitioner and set up Mindful Remedies to help raise awareness, and help other people who might be struggling with their emotional wellbeing.
Lucy is now a Bach flower practitioner registered with the Bach Centre.
She said: “I wanted to help people create their own personalised bottle, providing them with the knowledge of the Bach flower remedy system and tools to help people refine which essences to pick, at an accessible price point.
“Using these remedies, acute moods should take only a couple of days to pass, however more long-standing issues may take more time.
"After a couple of weeks users should notice a shift in emotions, and find themselves smiling more, feeling more relaxed, more confident, with greater energy and stronger intuition.”
This complementary approach to health has been used for emotional healing since the 1930s when Dr Edward Bach discovered its benefits and created the flower remedy system.
Today it is still used by millions of people around the world who want a simple way to deal with their everyday problems.
There are 38 different flower and plant-based remedies – each supporting a different emotion.
Lucy says the remedies are taken as a few drops under the tongue or in a glass of water, and that they are "completely natural, gentle and safe" to use for all ages and alongside other medication.
She also offers online consultations for people who want more professional advice and a supportive ear to talk to.
