A WOMAN has been fined for being drunk while driving and in charge of a child.
Yasmin Burnett was caught in Royal Parade, Eastbourne, and found to have 110 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrammes.
The 27-year-old pleaded guilty to driving while over the limit and being drunk in charge of a child under the age of seven and was fined £120.
Burnett, of Wakehurst Road, Eastbourne, was also banned from holding a licence for 28 months and ordered to complete a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement.
She will also have to pay £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and £95 to fund victim services.
The offences happened on October 8. She has until January 19 to pay the fine.
