A COUNCILLOR has condemned Piers Corbyn after a video emerged of him making a speech where he encouraged people to burn down MPs' offices.
Lewes District Councillor Sean Macleod responded on Twitter to the video which shows Mr Corbyn speaking to a crowd, telling them "hammer to death those scum".
The video shared on social media shows the brother of former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn criticising politicians who voted for Covid restrictions.
Cllr Macleod posted on Twitter saying: "Someone lock this b****** up".

On Tuesday night "plan B" measures were voted in by MPs requiring either a negative Covid test or proof of vaccination to enter nightclubs and other large venues.
In the video, the 73-year-old can be heard saying: “We have got to hammer to death those scum. Those scum who have decided to go ahead with introducing new fascism."
He then adds: “You’ve got to get a list of them and if your MP is one of them, go to their offices and, well, I would recommend burning them down, OK.
"But I can’t say that on air. I hope we’re not on air.”
A Met Police spokesman said in a statement: “We are aware of a video on social media in which people were encouraged to burn down MPs' offices. It is being assessed and enquiries are ongoing.”
Police have since confirmed a man in his 70s has been arrested on suspicion of encouraging people to attack MPs’ offices.
Further social media users have condemned the video with Home Secretary Priti Patel describing it as “sickening” and saying “I back police to take the strongest possible action against him."
Labour MP Yvette Cooper said: “Appalling Piers Corbyn video. We have lost two MPs to terrible violence in recent years - we know how incredibly serious this is.
“Police will have all our support pursuing this.”
Sir David Amess, former Conservative MP for Southend West, was stabbed to death at a constituency surgery in October this year.
Labour MP Jo Cox was murdered in 2016 by far-right extremist Thomas Mair in the run-up to the Brexit referendum.
