POLICE are appealing for information after a car was set alight in the early hours of the morning.
The incident happened on Friday, December 17 at around 3.45am in Furzefield Road, Horsham.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: "Officers were made aware of a car on fire by West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service who believed it to have been started deliberately.
"No one was injured in the incident although the car had its rear window smashed and was set alight."
There was also damage to the front door and ground floor windows of the nearby home, said police.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or report it online, quoting serial 172 of 17/12.
