In a statement released on social media, Jack said: “Gutted. Blood Covid. We will postpone to the new year.
“Same goes with Brighton, London and Nottingham I’m afraid.”
He was also due to play at Peterborough's East of England Arena, London Hammersmith Apollo and Nottingham Concert Hall in the coming days.
A statement on the Brighton Centre website said: “Due to a member of the touring party testing positive with Covid on Wednesday, December 15, with regret, the remainder of this year’s shows are being rearranged for next Spring.
“Thank you in advance for your patience. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please keep well.”
Ticket holders will be contacted, and the shows are expected to be rescheduled for some time next year.
The show had already been performed in three venues across the UK this week.
Jack is best known for starring as JP in the series Fresh Meat and Alfie Wickers in the series Bad Education.
