A HOUSEBUILDER has revealed their success in selling every home in one of their key developments in Sussex.

All 167 homes at two new Bellway developments in Billingshurst have now been handed over to their new owners, the company has now turned its attention to a second development in the village.

The housebuilder has provided 149 homes at Amblehurst Green and a further 18 at The Courtyard at Amblehurst Green as part of the wider Amblehurst Green consortium site off East Street.

With the work on both these developments now over, Bellway is continuing to support the local need for new housing in Billingshurst at its Woodcroft Park development off Oak Road, which is bringing 51 new homes to the area.
