AN AUDI driver has been fined and given three points after they were caught speeding on the A27.
Mihaela Balanescu was clocked speeding at over 70mph on the carriageway on the Shoreham by-pass near Holmbush on February 9.
Balanescu, of Chichester Road, Selsey, pleaded guilty at Brighton Magistrates' Court on September 28.
The 34-year-old Audi driver was given three points on her licence and fined £344 for the offence.
