Alfriston Road closed after smoke causes visibility issues for drivers
VISIBILITY issues caused by smoke have led to a road closure.
Sussex Police responded to an incident on Alfriston Road at 8.30am on Thursday, November 4.
As a result of the incident, smoke is causing visibility issues, which has led to the closure of Alfriston Road.
The closure is between the Drusillas roundabout and Seaford.
“We apologise for any delays caused,” a Sussex Police spokeswoman said.
East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service are also at the scene.
Sussex Police did not specify the details of the incident.
