A POPULAR TV presenter has set up a new sustainable garden room business in Brighton Marina.
Ben Hillman from Channel 4's A Place in the Sun, officially launched his business Fresco Living in Unit 45 of the Marina.
Ben became the ambassador for Fresco Living after chartered engineer and co-founder Ian Waddingham learned about Ben's own project to build a garden room on social media.
Ian approached Ben in April 2021 and asked him to become their ambassador due to his passion for the property industry and interest in garden rooms.

Ben was more than happy to get involved and loved what Fresco were doing.
Last week Ben made the trip to Brighton Marina to launch the business.
Ben said: "Fresco Living believes that our way of living has changed and continues to change at a rapid pace.
"Our homes need to do more for us, and this is why Fresco Living looks to provide a low maintenance, modern and flexible space to meet customer needs.
"Fresco Living garden rooms are the ultimate investment for your outdoors, creating the perfect solution for your work, rest and play space.
"The strength, flexibility and durability of the steel frame construction allows for dynamic and exciting designs from asymmetric roof lines, angled walls and even roof decks. The only limitation is your imagination."
Fresco Living has set up a showroom with a full-sized garden room surrounded by artificial grass and planters bringing the feel of the outside, into their Brighton Marina showroom.
Kirsty Pollard, Brighton Marina centre manager, said: "We are delighted Fresco Living have chosen Brighton Marina as their new home.
"This is a wonderful new alternative to the retail offering we currently have. It was exciting to meet Ben and see how enthusiastic he is about the benefits of what Fresco Living have to offer customers.
"It feels very positive to be able to welcome so many new tenants after the challenging times the Marina businesses have had during Covid-19."
