BRIGHTON and Hove Albion fans have expressed their disappointment with their teams FIFA 22 player ratings.
The popular football video game is due to be released worldwide on Friday, October 1.
However, EA Sports have revealed Albion’s player ratings, with fans taking to social media to highlight their displeasure.
Albion’s summer signing Marc Cucurella is the sides highest rated player.
The left-midfielder has an overall rating of 81.
He is followed by Yves Bissouma (79), Lewis Dunk (78) and Joel Veltman (77).
Striker Neal Maupay and winger Leandro Trossard are also both 77 rated, with Pascal Gros and Robert Sanchez sharing a rating of 76.
In response to the news of the Albion player ratings, one fan said: “It’s a disgrace.”
Another added: “This year is the first time I’m not getting FIFA in as long as I can remember.”
Other Seagulls fans were keen to point out players who they believed were rated harshly.
“Lamptey and Dunk far too low,” one said.
Another added: “Dunk, Duffy and Burn can't run and Lallana can't survive 90 minutes. EA is washed, buy FM guys.”
“Dunk’s is hilariously shambolic. Trossard a bit too low also,” another fan said.
Lamptey is the fastest player in the Albion squad, according to FIFA 22, with 87 pace. He is followed by Trossard (82), Mwepu (82) and Tanimowo (80).
In terms of shooting, Maupay tops the list with 78, followed by Trossard and Alexis Mac Allister who both have 76.
Albion goalkeeper Robert Sanchez is the third most improved player on the game in terms of their overall rating – rising from a 64 to a 76 overall.
On the card, Sanchez has 76 diving, 73 handling, 78 reflexes, 45 speed, 75 positioning and 69 kicking.
Despite only making 27 appearances after replacing Maty Ryan as Graham Potter’s first choice in December last year, Sanchez kept ten clean sheets and conceded just 27 goals.
In the Premier League, Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo and Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne are the joint highest rated players on 91.
Harry Kane and N'golo Kante are 90 rated, while Virgil Van Dyke, Mo Salah, Alisson, Heung-Min Son, Sadio Mane and Ederson are all rated 89.
Lionel Messi is the highest rated player on the EA Sports game with a rating of 93, followed by Robert Lewandowski (92), Ronaldo (91), Kevin De Bruyne (91) and Kylian Mbappe (91).
