A NAKED dinner party event is coming to town.

The Secret Naked Supper Club event is due to take place at an undisclosed location in the town of Petworth on Saturday, October 16.

The occasion is advertised as the first of a series of new naked dining ventures to be hosted across West Sussex.

Hosted on behalf of the British Nudism Club, the event will see guests “strip off for a meal in front of strangers”.

The hosts, who are listed only as Emma and James, say it will be an experience “you will never forget”.

“Arrive nervous and curious; leave energised and liberated,” they said.

“Being naked in a safe friendly environment can be a really positive, life-affirming experience. If your new year’s ambition is to try new things, here’s the perfect way to do it.”

The hosts added: “There will not be any sexual activity of any kind.”

The location of the event will be revealed the day before, but organisers say it will be within two miles of Petworth.

The menu will also be kept secret until the day of the event.

Guests are encouraged to bring a towel to sit on, sandals or flip flops and a bag to place their clothing in.

Photographs are not allowed.

Tickets cost £57.90 and will include a welcome cocktail and canapes, followed by a platter style tasting menu.

The event has collaborated with local wine merchant Hennings Wine.

A glass of wine will cost £8.50, a beer will cost £4.50 and soft drinks will be £2.50.

The event is due to take place from 6pm to 10pm on Saturday, October 16.
