PIERS Morgan has entered a heated Twitter spat with global superstar Nicki Minaj after the rapper revealed she hasn’t been vaccinated against Covid-19.
The musician revealed on social media that despite the Met Gala in New York requiring proof of vaccination for entry, she would not be getting her jab until she had done “enough research”.
Ms Minaj claimed that her cousin in Trinidad had become “impotent” after receiving the vaccine in a tweet shared to her 22.2 million followers.
“His testicles became swollen. His friend was weeks away from getting married, now the girl called off the wedding,” she said.
Following her statement, Prime Minister Boris Johnson and England’s chief medical officer Chris Whitty were quick to dismiss her claims.
Mr Witty called her allegations “untrue” and added that people who spread myths about Covid vaccines “should be ashamed”.
Piers Morgan was quick to weigh in on the discussion, tweeting: “Professor Whitty beefing with the ghastly Nicki Minaj (one of the rudest little madams I’ve ever met) is not the breaking news that I expected today - but it’s most welcome. She’s peddling lies that will cost lives.”
Madam, we met on @AGT when you appeared as a guest act - but you refused to say hello to my three young sons because you were ‘too busy’. Oh, and it’s ‘Piers’ - I know, we Brit names all sound alike. https://t.co/twedCv1Fae

Ms Minaj fired back however, saying: “Sir I’ve never met you. I know… we all look alike.
“Rudest little madam”. I like it. Has a special ring to it.
“Thanks Pierce. Love the accent. I’d love to come chat. Scones. Tea. Clown nose and big red shoes for you.”
The Newick-born presenter pointed out however that the pair had met when Piers was a judge on America’s Got Talent.
“You refused to say hello to my three young sons because you were ‘too busy’,” he said. “Oh, and it’s ‘Piers’ - I know, we Brit names all sound alike.”
Ms Minaj replied: “Stop f****** lying. I never turn down pics with kids. If a middle person told you that, they were out of line. Don’t blame me you stupid piece of s***.
“He gon make me go live. Chiiiiileeee. Does he have an ig. I wanna go live with him. ENOUGH UGLY! Pierce.”
Angered by the incorrect spelling of his name, the former Good Morning Britain presenter tweeted a final time, saying: “For the love of God.. it’s PIERS.”
Boris Johnson said while “unfamiliar” with the work of Ms Minaj, he praised the work of “superstar GP of Bexley”, Nikki Kanani.
“She will tell you that vaccines are wonderful and everybody should get them. So I prefer to listen to Nikki Kanani,” he said.
The Anaconda singer responded to these comments also, stating: “Yes, hello Prime Minister, Boris, it’s Nicki Minaj - I was just calling to tell you that you were so amazing on the news this morning. And I’m actually British. I was born there. I went to university there. I went to Oxford.
“I went to school with Margaret Thatcher. And she told me so many nice things about you. I’d love to send you my portfolio of my work, since you don’t know much about me, I’m a big, big star in the United States.”
“Send this to the Prime Minister and let him know they lied on me. I forgive him. No one else. Only him.”
