AS the mercury rises, it’s time to plan all those days out – and what better place to start than a beautiful garden.
In many stunning open gardens nationwide, you’ll find family-friendly activities, beautiful plant collections and inspiration for your own garden at home, whatever the size.
Nymans, a National Trust Garden in Handcross and Sussex Prairies in Henfield have both been ranked in the top ten Instagrammable gardens in the country in a list complied by Crown Pavilions.
The garden supplier said both spots will give amateur horticulturist and a houseplant enthusiasts alike the opportunity to get in the mood for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, which begins on September 21.
The entire top ten gardens mentioned in the list are in the south, with places in Kent, Oxfordshire and London making the list.
To find the most photographed and shared open gardens, Crown Pavilions analysed hashtags on Instagram to determine the most popular and post worthy places.
