If you’re a student due to start studying at the University of Brighton you might be thinking of attending the freshers events.
We’ve put together a list of five of Brighton’s Freshtival events to consider as you find your feet at university.
Events at the University of Brighton’s Brighton campus
Rising Sun Ocean Beach Party
If you fancy a beach themed party then this could be the event for you. It is set to take place on September 27 at PRYZM Brighton.
A white outfit is what you’ll need for this one.
You can expect funny games with surprise hosts, themed cocktails and DJ’s.
Wonderland
Taking place on September 28, Wonderland comes with underground vibes at Coalition.
You can expect a surprise DJ and themed décor.
EPIK
Happening every Wednesday, EPIK is a party spread across multiple rooms.
Students can party at PRYZM Brighton on September 29.
Events at the University of Brighton’s Eastbourne campus
Breaking Bad
On September 28, students can attend the Breaking Bad event, inspired by the hit Netflix show, from 9pm until 3am. You can expect a night of DJ’s, adult games, drink deals and prizes.
The event is for 18 and overs and will be held at Temple Bar.
Zoo Project
On September 30, students have the chance to dress up in their favourite zoo animal print at the Zoo Project event.
This event is being held in three separate venues; Walkabout, Zahara nightclub and Zahara Cocktail Bar.
Walkabout is the place to go if you want to see DJ’s and a live surprise while Zahara nightclub and Zahara Cocktail Bar will be playing old school and new wave garage and MC’s. If you can’t choose, you could pay a visit to all three venues.

Tickets are available through the University of Brighton’s Students’ Union page.
It was recently announced that the Rewind events are cancelled due to Covid-19 implications but the Reload events are still going ahead. Our list only features Reload events.
