CONCERTGOERS enjoyed the best of the cities emerging musical talent at a two-day mini festival.
The Find Joy event at Concorde 2 in Brighton took place on Saturday, August 28, and Sunday, August 29.
Musical acts that took to the stage on Saturday included Billie Marten, NewDad, English Teacher, Holly Macve, Martha Skye Murphy, Lizzie Reid and Midlight.
Sunday’s performers included The Mysterines, Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard, PORIJ, Bamily, Wet Leg, Joey Maxwell and Circe.
The multi-stage event attempted to highlight emerging artists across the August bank holiday weekend.
The event was free of charge, with guests able to enter the venue on a first-come, first-served basis.
The mini festival, which ran from midday to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday, featured two stages of live bands, performers and DJs, as well as food and drinks in the venues newly expanded outdoor terrace.
The event was run by Joy – an independent concert promoter and event organiser based in Brighton.
The company has been organising events in the UK for 12 years, having held concerts for the likes of 21 Pilots, The Kooks, AJ Tracey, The Maccabees, Dua Lipa, Ann-Marie, Pendulum and more.
