AN INDEPENDENT learning provider has been rated "good" by Ofsted inspectors.
Creative Process Digital was praised for the training it provides to apprentices.
The company, based in Telecom House in Preston Road, Brighton, offers apprenticeships and adult education programmes for two general further education colleges.
Since May 2017 it has also offered apprenticeship provision under its own contract, meaning it qualifies for Ofsted inspections.
It received its first monitoring visit in June 2019 when it had 11 directly recruited apprentices on level 3 apprenticeships in digital marketing and junior content producing.
Now it has grown and at the time of inspection, 79 apprentices were on programmes.
The inspection was carried out by Ann Monaghan, lead inspector, and colleagues Emma Leavey and Andy Fitt
"Apprentices rightly enjoy their training. They value the skills of their tutors and the up-to-date industry knowledge that they gain," they said.
They commended the confidence apprentices have, as well as their good manners and positive attitudes to learning.

The report said: "Leaders have an ambitious vision and a clear strategy for the specialist apprenticeships they offer. They have an excellent knowledge of the skills needs of the local area.
"They work closely with key strategic local partners and employers to plan highly relevant digital curriculums."
The inspectors also praised learning strategies, explanation of content, feedback on apprentices' work, and advice and guidance provided.
Areas recommended for improvement included greater support for apprentices with educational needs.
The inspectors also believe that the leaders do not ensure that all apprentices improve their knowledge to help them prepare for life in modern Britain.
