THESE pictures show how a Tesco shopfront was left destroyed after a car ploughed into it.
A driver crashed into the shopfront of a Tesco Express store near Pevensey last week.
Photographs show the Citroen C4 sticking out the front of the shop on August 26
Emergency officers closed off the scene in Stone Cross Eastbourne.
Police cars, an ambulance and a fire engine attended with offices pictured at the scene.

Yellow bollards were erected near the site of the collision, along with emergency tape.
An East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service spokesman at the time said: "We were called at 12.18 to reports of a road traffic collision at a supermarket in Stone Cross.
"Crews made the scene safe and handed the incident over to police and the store management team."
The crash resulted in broken windows and products across the floor.
Damage to the Citroen car included a crumpled bonnet.
Tesco workers were heard trying to evacuate customers and make sure everyone was safe.
