MOTORISTS are urged to avoid the A267 near Frant after a four vehicle crash.
An investigation is underway into the crash which occurred on the A267 at Frant about 11.11am on Wednesday, August 18.
A section of the road is likely to remain closed for some time as emergency services respond to the scene.
Motorists are advised to seek alternatives routes.
Police are urging any witnesses, or anyone who may have captured what happened on dash cam, to email collision.appeal@sussex.pnn.police.uk, quoting Operation Utility.
“In particular, officers are keen to hear from the driver of a silver Honda CRV which may have been in the area around the time of the collision,” a police spokeswoman said.
