A CARE home has made a resident's wish a reality with an afternoon of archery with friends and staff.
Arthur Goulding, a committed and loyal archer, has lived at Wadhurst Manor since March 2021 and is much loved by residents and staff.
When Ken, Arthur's long-time friend and fellow archer at Friars Gate Archers Club, came to visit him at the home, staff realised his love for the sport.
Since moving into the home he has been unable to pursue his favourite hobby.
But the club joined staff and residents in the grounds of the home where the archers displayed their skills.
"It has been lovely watch them in action, and although I can't join in anymore I still felt apart of it," said Arthur.
