POLICE have released two photos of a man they would like to interview about a sexual assault on a teenager.
A man approached the 18-year-old woman as she was walking home from work along the Lower Promenade in Brighton at about 10.40pm on June 14.
He briefly tried to engage her in conversation before sexually assaulting her on the seafront.
Police said she struggled free and ran off, just west of Brighton Palace Pier.
The suspect is black, about 6ft and slim, with short dark hair in two buns behind his head.
He was wearing a distinctive white T-shirt with the emblem "DSQUARED 2" on the shoulder.
The T-shirt also had a small maple leaf on the left-hand side of his chest.
PC Lucy Arnall, of Brighton CID, said if anybody recognises the man in the photos, or if you were in the area at the time and saw anything, contact police online or by calling 101, quoting serial 1752 of 14/06.
