A vaccination centre has been given the green light to stay open for the remainder of the year.
Clair Hall in Haywards Heath will be used to continue administering Covid-19 jabs until the end of the year, Mid Sussex District Council (MSDC) has announced.
A spokesman for MSDC said the team will continue “vaccination roll-out for first and second vaccines and look at the arrangements for a potential autumn vaccination booster.”

The site reached a milestone of 100,000 jabs last week which includes both first and second doses as well as those administered by the roving team at GP Federation Alliance for Better Care (ABC) who run the programme.
The Clair Hall site had previously been set to be closed in September last year, but campaigners complained that there had been a lack of public consultation on the matter and filed proceedings in the High Court for a judicial review.
At the time the site was being used as a temporary testing centre for Covid-19 and then became a local vaccination centre earlier this year.
The council conceded defeat and agreed to withdraw the decision to permanently close the building and now are holding public consultations to decide the future of the space after the vaccine roll out has finished.
