A MAN has died after an e-scooter crashed into a metal fence on a footpath at the Falmer railway station.
The 54-year-old man lost his life after colliding with the fence in Brighton, at about 8.15pm on Tuesday, June 8.
He was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital with serious injuries and died on June 28.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision and would like to speak to anyone who saw rider beforehand, or who stopped and assisted at the scene.
A spokesman from Sussex Police said: "Please email collision.appeal@sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting serial 1495 of 08/06."
