A SUPERCAR worth more than £150,000 has been seized by police after it was caught being driven by a disqualified driver with no insurance.
Officers from Sussex Police said the driver was "foolish" to attempt to drive the orange McLaren 570s uninsured and whilst disqualified.
The luxury coupe, which has a top speed of 203mph, is valued at £150,815 new.
After being stopped, the driver also provided false details in an attempt to trick officers, police said.
Sharing an image of the supercar on Twitter, a spokesman from Sussex Roads Police said: "Foolish to think you could get away with driving whilst disqualified and no insurance.
"Our Roads Policing Unit officers didn't fall for the false details either.
"Nice try!"
