A THUG attacked a woman and made threats to kill her and her cats.
Tomasz Robert Gorecki made a threat to kill the woman in Brighton.
The 46-year-old assaulted her and caused criminal damage to her mobile phone.
He appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court where he admitted making a threat to kill, assault, and criminal damage.
The court noted that the woman, who The Argus is choosing not to name, feared the threat to kill her would be carried out.
It happened on May 18 this year.
Gorecki had threatened to kill her, her family, and her cats, and the case has a “domestic violence” background, the court heard.
Last month magistrate Ann Gerrard imposed a four-month suspended sentence on the defendant.
Gorecki, of Lower Rock Gardens, Brighton, was also ordered to pay a £128 surcharge and £85 costs, along with £200 compensation to the victim.
