THIS weekend we had an enjoyable day our in Chichester to attend an open air concert.

The journey was hassle free and we paid £1 to park for three hours in the main car park.

Admitted this was a Sunday but during the week it would only have cost £2.70.

We noted on-street parking was free on Sunday.

If Argus reports of last week are accurate, we travelled to Chichester in less time than it took people to travel along the seafront.

Sorry Brighton and Hove City Council - I am afraid we will be going back and taking our custom with us.
