A FULLY vegan market has been confirmed to be opening for one day only.
Brighton Vegan Market will go ahead on May 29 after the loosening of Covid-19 restrictions.
The market will take place at Hilton Brighton Metropole, King’s Road, from 10:30 am to 16:30 pm.
The market is being held by Vegan Events UK, a company that promotes veganism.
Vegan Events UK hope to bring vegans and non-vegans closer together by showing people that it can be easy to eat and be vegan.
The event will offer food and other products such as skincare, crafts and gifts that can not be bought in supermarkets.
Everything will be vegan, so guests will not have to check labels to make sure.
The event will have many stalls including Brighton caterers such as Greek Vegan Deli, sauce makers Koji Jins as well as Worthing’s The Vegan Bakery.
There will also be stalls for VDogs, a vegan hot-dog producer and VFest UK, a vegan camping organiser.
Entry to the event is free for those under 16s, for others it will cost £5 or £15 for VIP tickets. VIP tickets will come with fast-track privileges as well as a bag of freebies.
All profits from the event will be donated to Miracle’s Mission, an animal welfare charity.
