A YOUNG woman admitted the attempted murder of her casual lover.
Sophie George wanted to kill Adam Yiosese at Wild Park in Brighton.
Armed police swooped in after a van was seen driving “erratically” after the 19-year-old was picked up in Selsfield Drive.
At Hove Crown Court George admitted attempting to murder Mr Yiosese.
The incident took place in Brighton on October 10.
Her Honour Judge Christine Henson QC said reports were needed to understand if she presents a danger to the public.
The judge told George, of Highbrook Close, Brighton, that it will include a psychiatric report and a report by the probation service.
George had been due to stand trial, but changed her pleas to guilty over attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon in public, namely a knife.
A date for her sentencing is yet to be confirmed.
