A GRAFFITI yob appeared in court for spraying a bus stop and parking meter.
Eden Hendrickse vandalised the busy bus stop at St James’s Street in Brighton.
He also damaged a parking meter in the area belonging to Brighton and Hove City Council.
The 31-year-old appeared before Brighton Magistrates’ Court earlier this month.
He admitted causing criminal damage.
The court heard he had “spray painted a bus stop and parking meter” and that he had done so “intending to destroy of damage such property” or being “reckless as to whether such property would be damaged or destroyed”.
Hendrickse, of East Street in The Lanes, Brighton, was represented by solicitor Oliver Mackrell during the hearing.
Magistrate Peter Dass ordered the vandal to pay a £138 fine, £200 compensation, a £34 surcharge and £85 costs.
