The musician who is known for his gender-fluid fashion sense, wore an oversized multi-tone brown Gucci suit and completed the look with a brown handbag.
Little Mix, Arlo Parks, US rockers Haim and Billie Eilish were also among the acts who also took home gongs last night.
The event took place as part of the government’s live events pilot scheme and 2,500 tickets were gifted to key workers from the Greater London area, with many wearing blue.
Harry’s attendance at the awards is his first public appearance since filming started in Brighton for his new movie My Policeman.
The film, a romantic drama which is being made by Amazon Studios, is being shot at locations across Sussex.
Harry and his co-star Emma Corrin, who shot to fame in Netflix hit The Crown have been spotted filming in The Pavilion Gardens, Brighton, Holland Road, Hove and at Belcher’s Café in Montpelier Road, Brighton.
Harry was also pictured in Regency Square, Brighton, surrounded by masked crew members and wearing a policeman’s uniform from the 1950s - the period in which the film is set.
Filming began in Worthing earlier this month.
Photographs shared on Twitter show Harry filming an on-screen kiss with Emma outside The Vine pub in Tarring.
