A CAR has been seized by police after it was spotted driving without the tax - for almost two years.
Officers patrolling in Emsworth stopped and seized the car this morning, which tax had run out in November 2019.
The driver has been reported to the DVLA as a result of the offence.

Writing on Twitter, Sussex Roads Police said: "We are out in Emsworth this morning and have just seized this vehicle.
"The tax ran out in November 2019!
"The driver has been reported to the DVLA."
It comes just weeks after police seized a car after it was stopped with no tax or insurance for the second time in Chichester.
Officers first stopped the white Nissan Juke for having no insurance, MOT or tax in January.
But officers out on patrol spotted the vehicle being driven around the town, still with no insurance or tax.
At the time, the force tweeted: "We stopped this car in January for having no insurance, MOT or tax.
"Today whilst out on patrol we saw it being driven around Chichester.
"It still has no insurance or tax and is now being seized."
