AN air ambulance landed at a port after a person was reported to have suffered a fall.
The ambulance service were called to the Shoreham Port – Basin Road South – at about 9.50am to reports a person had been injured in a fall.
A spokesman for the South East Coast Ambulance Service said: “Ambulance crews attended and were joined at the scene by the air ambulance service.
“The person was assessed and treated at the scene and has been taken by road to Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton for further checks.”
