A DRIVER left another motorist seriously injured after causing a crash while overtaking dangerously.

This led to a crash that left other road users hurt and vehicles damaged in Horsham Road, Five Oaks.
The 47-year-old appeared at Crawley Magistrates where he admitted dangerous driving.
It was revealed the incident happened on January 7 last year.
The court heard that “alcohol was involved” in the incident.
Tezisler, of Broomers Hill Lane, Pulborough, was given a 12-week suspended sentence and was ordered to complete 200 hours of unpaid work.
The court ordered him to pay a £122 surcharge and £85 costs, and banned him from getting behind the wheel for 18 months.
