POLICE are investigating after a man was stabbed in his flat.

Emergency services were called to a flat in Langney Road in Eastbourne yesterday at 5.30pm.

A 29-year-old man had suffered a stab wound to his back and head injuries, and was taken to hospital. His condition was assessed as stable and not life threatening.

Detectives are investigating and officers believe those involved are known to each other.
