A SEAFRONT venue is to launch a new wellness and fitness hub.
Rockwater, Hove will host weekly wellness classes, from yoga and Pilates, to HITT sessions and more, on its seafront decking.
The classes will be hosted by local health and fitness experts and will be available every weekday and Saturday morning starting on March 29.
Luke Davis, Hove resident and founder, said the launch of Rockwater Life fits in with his wider “vision” for the venue.
He said: “I wanted the venue to be so much more than just a bar and restaurant.
“We aspired to provide the Hove community with a hub where not only could people socialise but could also take part in projects aimed at helping improve their health and wellbeing.
“Utilising our incredible location by the seafront, it is hugely important to me that Rockwater Life provides the community with an open and inclusive environment in which they can all work together to shake off the challenges of the last twelve months and be prepared for a return to normal life.”

Rockwater Life will also offer bootcamps and running clubs, which will take place on the lawns behind the main venue.
New clubs such as open water swimming are due to be added to the roster of classes in the coming weeks.
Rockwater first started hosting fitness classes from its seafront decking in summer last year.
Luke said he was “overwhelmed” by the popularity of the sessions and is hoping to replicate this success.
He said: “Due to the huge popularity of these events, it made sense that we expand upon these collaborations to provide a more formal service for the residents of Hove, to ensure that as lockdown measures begin to lift, people can enjoy getting back into shape and shaking off lockdown lethargy.
“Through Rockwater Life, we want to demonstrate the value that hospitality venues have in serving the community, evolving to offer a more holistic range of services, and breaking the mould of the traditional ways that Brits might have become accustomed to."
The first class will be yoga on March, 29 at 6.45am.
Rockwater Life is now accepting sign ups.
