A MASTERCHEF winner is launching two new ventures this summer.
Kenny Tutt, who runs Pitch restaurant in Worthing, will open his first Brighton venue – a smoking robata grill kitchen inside the city's first food hall, Shelter Hall.
Ox Block is scheduled to open for outdoor dining on April 26, and indoor dining from May 17.
The kitchen will offer seasonal meats, including steaks, kebabs and breakfast options, and will sit alongside other food venues, including VIP Pizza and Crabshack.

The 2018 Masterchef winner is also set to open a beach cafe on Worthing seafront.
Once built, Bayside Social in Beach Parade will have 180-degree beach views from its glass-fronted building and terrace, with space for 40 diners inside.
The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch as well as for cocktails, takeaways and private dining.
Kenny said: “My favourite thing about food and cooking is the way it brings people together, so opening up two new spaces that allow people to do that in different ways is extremely exciting.
"The last year has been a challenge of course, but it’s also given me time to dedicate to these projects and really decide on next steps, following on from the huge success of Pitch, thanks to the support of our amazing customers and our team.
"I can’t wait to fling open the doors this summer, welcome customers back and show them what we’ve been up to. We all need it.”
Kenny said he is looking forward to launching the two new projects, which offer a more casual dining experience.
He said: "I like a good kebab as much as the next man so we wanted to do something a bit more laid back, and to do a really good breakfast.
"The different operators at Shelter Hall will provide a really good spread, from pizza to Asian food.
"The concept is that you can sit down and get a bit of what you fancy from various places, and it's really nice, sociable dining."
At Ox Block, diners will be able to enjoy dishes such as Kenny’s signature sandwich with Sussex 40-day aged sirloin steak, Harvey’s beer braised onions, mustard mayonnaise, cheddar and rocket, lamb chops and breakfast buns with bacon and eggs.
Desserts include an indulgent deep-fired Oreo with dulce de leche ice cream.
There will be more fish dishes on offer at Bayside Social and both menus will focus on seasonal ingredients and local produce.
Kenny, who has been running his food van Tutt's Truck during the second lockdown, said he has been kept surprisingly busy during the pandemic.
He said: "If anything it's actually got busier for me, but it's amazing to have these two new opportunities.
"It's great that after all that's been going on there will still be some new places opening up."
Bookings for both indoor and outdoor dining at Ox Block are available now.
Bayside Social is set to open in July, with bookings going live in June.
