A MAN has been charged after a fatal collision in which a paramedic was killed.
James Mckeough, known as Jim, died after his motorcycle collided with a tractor on the A29 at Bury Hill on February 3 last year.
The 48-year-old had worked as paramedic in Brighton for 13 years.

At West Sussex Coroner's Court this morning, coroner Alicia Keen adjourned the inquest into his death as James Mitchell, the tractor driver, has been charged.
Ms Keen said: "As a result of a subsequent police investigation, James Mitchell has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
"He appeared in crown court on March 9, 2021 and a trial date has been set for October.
"The inquest will be adjourned until after that case has been concluded."
Last year a beach hut was opened in Jim's memory on Hove seafront, after the Rockwater team invited the community to name the new huts.

Angelique Henderson van Gils, a first responder for Secamb, organised the naming and opening of the hut with the Rockwater team.
Jim's widow Paula McKeough-Lea, also a paramedic, described her husband as a well-loved paramedic with a fondness for rock music and motorbikes.
Operational unit manager for the Brighton and Hove area Tim Fellows said Jim was "a very popular and well-respected member of staff who will be sadly missed by colleagues and friends".
Speaking at the opening of the hut, he said: “You can’t say too many good things about Jim because he means something different to all of us.
"A really great colleague, fantastic bloke, who liked everything, whether it be bikes, rum or most of all, Paula.”
