A THUG made chilling threats to a shopping centre security guard after an attack.
Carl Broadley assaulted Mark Kent and Cameron Vanner at The Beacon Centre in Eastbourne.
After the two attacks, the 38-year-old returned to the shopping centre to tell Mr Kent he was a “dead man walking”.
Brighton Magistrates’ Court heard how Mr Kent “feared for his life” over the threat.
He had been “threatened during the course of his employment”, the court heard.
Broadley admitted two assaults, and one count of intimidating a witness.
He was sent to prison for six weeks over the incident, and must also pay a £128 surcharge.
Previously, The Argus reported how Broadley, of no fixed address, was jailed for 12 weeks for breaching a restraining order not to contact a woman in Brighton.
The thug had been given a suspended sentence and was then jailed over five charges of using threatening or abusive behaviour when he was sentenced in October 2019.
