THREE people have died from coronavirus at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trusts in the latest 24-hour period.
NHS England figures show 385 people had died in hospital at the trust as of 5pm on Monday.
That was an increase of three compared to Sunday, when there were 382.
It means there have been 36 deaths in the past week, down from 43 the previous week.
The victims were among 9,714 deaths recorded across the South East.

The number of recorded cases also rose in the city, with 48 people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
Figures show that 13,221 people had been confirmed as testing positive for Covid-19 by 9am on Tuesday - up from 13,173 the same time on Monday.
The rate of infection in the area now stands at 4,545 cases per 100,000 people, far lower than the England average of 5,993.
At East Sussex Trust, 16 people have died.
It means there have been 50 deaths in the past week there, down from 95 the previous week.
The victims were among 9,714 deaths recorded across the South East.
In Western Sussex Hospitals Trust, five new coronavirus deaths were recorded.

That was an increase of five compared to Sunday, when there were 379.
