KATIE Price says she has been "overwhelmed" by the support she has received since a film was released showing her close relationship with her disabled son.
The BBC One documentary, Katie Price: Harvey and Me, followed the pair as they prepared for Harvey to turn 18 and become an adult.
Harvey has an underactive thyroid, partial blindness and diabetes, as well as Prader-Willi Syndrome.
This is a rare genetic condition with symptoms including an excessive appetite, weight gain, learning difficulties and weak muscles.
These conditions mean his future is unpredictable, with the documentary showing the tough decisions Katie had to make on his behalf regarding his care and where he will live.
It also deals with the vicious online trolls who have previously targeted Harvey with vile abuse.
The show has been met with a positive response from viewers.
After it aired, Katie took to social media to share an emotional statement expressing her gratitude to everyone who had sent kind messages and stories of their own experiences caring for children with disabilities.
She said: "A message of thanks from us both. We have been overwhelmed by the amount of support Harvey, myself and my family have received since Harvey and Me aired last week.
"I have been inundated with emails and stories from parents in a similar situation to myself and Harvey.
"It's been a comfort to hear I'm not alone and that many of you are experiencing the same - my team and I will continue to read through your emails and will respond in due course, so please do bare with us.
"Autism, online trolling and the period of transitioning that many of our young people are going through is something close to my heart, and I want to continue the conversation and support as many parents as possible.
"Thank you once again for all your continued support."
Following the documentary's success, a second documentary is already on the cards.
"Katie has agreed to a second instalment, which will follow Harvey’s journey as he starts residential college," the source told the Sun.
A touching scene from first Harvey and Me documentary showed Harvey with his friend Zack at London Waterloo, with the pair discussing their passion for trains.
In this clip, the pair mimicked a station announcer, and the clip has led to an exciting offer for 18-year-old Harvey.
A Network Rail spokesman said: "We were touched by Katie and Harvey’s documentary and his love of trains.

"We’ll be thrilled to invite him to make an announcement at one of our stations once coronavirus restrictions have been lifted.
"Hopefully see (and hear from) you soon Harvey."
Harvey has previously had his artwork of the Gatwick Express displayed at Gatwick Airport Station, and has a long-standing interest in the railway services of the South East.
