FIRE crews were called after a car crashed into a building.
A West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service team were sent to Arundel Road in Angmering shortly after 3pm today.
Firefighters arrived to find a Mazda which had crashed into a house, and taped off the surrounding area as they carried out recovery work.
Ambulance crews also attended the scene.
A spokesman for the service said: “We were called to reports of a road traffic collision at 3.07pm this afternoon on Arundel Road in Angmering.
“Joint Fire Control mobilised one crew from East Preston Fire Station to the scene, and upon arrival firefighters found a vehicle that had collided with a property. Officers from Sussex Police were also in attendance.
“Firefighters provided scene safety and requested the attendance of a building inspector at the scene, before booking away from the incident at 4.36pm.”
