FOUR neighbours are celebrating after scooping a daily prize jackpot because of their postcode.
The residents in Montpelier Terrace, Brighton were told they had won the jackpot on Wednesday.
The lucky winners scooped £1,000 each because they lived at BN1 3DF.
People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Matt Johnson sent his well-wishes to the winners.
He said: “I’m over the moon for our winners in Brighton! A big congratulations to everyone. I hope they celebrate tonight and enjoy spending the cash.”
A minimum of 32 per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities.
Players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised over £600 million to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.
This draw was promoted on behalf of Postcode Culture Trust, which has a mission to inspire learning, understanding and appreciation of science, music, arts and culture.
Many good causes close to the winners have also benefitted from players’ support, and local charities can apply for funding next year.
