WHETHER it is because people are craving a change post-lockdown or house hunters are trying to snap up a bargain before stamp duty returns in March, interest in Sussex homes is booming.
Thousands have taken to property website Zoopla to peruse the latest properties in the county as they look for a switch to the South East.
With such fervent interest in Sussex homes at the moment, Zoopla has revealed the most viewed houses on its site, and some may surprise you.
Far from the decadent hilltop mansions featured on the likes of Selling Sunsets, it is two-bed flats, terraced family homes and a bungalow which have piqued people's interest.
However, a £1,000,000 house does creep into the top five.
