A DOG that was filmed being “ill-treated” last week was found to be "unharmed" by police.
Officers traced the animal after a video was taken at the tennis courts in Hove before being shared online.
Sussex Police said they checked on the dogs welfare on Thursday and gave advice to the “person who was with it”.
The force said there was no evidence to justify further action.
