EMERGENCY services remain at the scene of a fire which tore through an industrial unit.
The fire broke out overnight at the site in Delling Lane, Bosham.
Crews from Bognor, Chichester, Emsworth, Havant, Haywards Heath and Petworth were all called to the scene at 1.47am and worked to battle the blaze.
Large flames leapt from the building and smoke billowed high into the night sky as teams doused the building with water and foam.

"Firefighters from Bognor, Chichester, Emsworth and Havant fire stations attended along with the water carrier from Petworth and an incident command unit from Haywards Heath.
"Teams worked through the night to extinguish the fire.
